At Shubharang, all our products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case you receive a product in damaged condition or receive an incorrect item, we offer a replacement.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us at the earliest if:

 The product is damaged
 The product is defective
 You have received a wrong item

Once we review and verify the issue, we will arrange a suitable replacement.

Replacement requests must be raised within a reasonable time after delivery
The product should be unused and in its original packaging
No refunds will be issued; only replacement is applicable.
